Home visits, during office hours, to patients in their own homes or resident in aged care facilities who are physically unable to attend the surgery can be arranged through our Clinical Staff on 9217 6000.
Please note, home visits are not guaranteed and are solely at the discretion of the treating doctor,
each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

For other care outside of our opening hours please call WADMS, a Perth operated deputising service which prides itself on prompt communication with each patient’s own GP on 08 9321 9133.
