Fiona Salter
Fiona Salter is an experienced dietitian with over 20 years in dietetics, including 15 years specialising in disordered eating and eating disorders. She is passionate about working alongside individuals experiencing eating disorders and their carers, supporting them with compassion, understanding and practical guidance throughout recovery.
Fiona places great importance on listening deeply and getting to know each person as an individual. She believes this understanding is essential to supporting patients effectively on their recovery journey. Her work is grounded in a strong commitment to person-centred, evidence-informed care.
Outside of her clinical practice, Fiona enjoys studying Indigenous Australian Cultural Studies at Curtin University. She also loves spending time with her family and church community, and is currently learning Spanish and how to sew.
