Dr Campbell Roth
I enjoy the wide variety that general practice offers, as well as the opportunity to work with the local community. In addition to routine medical care, I have an interest in the following areas:
- Skin Cancer Checks/Excisions
- Men’s Health
- Chronic disease management, including care of older adults
- Sexual health / PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis / Truvada)
- HIV management (authorised s100 prescriber)
I also work as a clinical lecturer for University of Western Australia (UWA) and am passionate about teaching the next generation of junior doctors.
I completed my Bachelor of medicine / Bachelor of surgery at Monash University, Melbourne in 2007. Following this I worked in numerous hospital roles in Victoria and passed the written examination for the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. After gaining experience in emergency and internal medicine, I went on to become a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Outside or work I am a keen cyclist and enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 children.
